Workshops & Training

These workshops are designed to help schools build momentum in their sustainability journey by combining clear concepts with hands-on application. Whether you’re building staff capability, strengthening leadership alignment, or engaging students, each session supports your school to make informed, practical progress.

Workshops are available for groups of teachers, school leaders, operational teams, students, and mixed groups with options that support whole-school alignment, staff capability building, and future-focused learning.

Recommended pathways available as single sessions, half- or full-day intensives, or a spaced series.

  1. Workshops to Kick-Start Your Whole-School Sustainability Journey

These workshops are designed for mixed groups of staff—teachers, leaders, facilities, the business office, and/or senior student leaders—who want to build shared understanding, shape a vision, and take the first concrete steps toward whole-school sustainability. Your group doesn’t need to include all stakeholder roles, but we recommend at least three school adults to build momentum and bring diverse perspectives. Each session builds on the previous one, guiding your team from awareness to action planning, and empowering your school to conduct its own benchmarking and develop an authentic, school-made Sustainability Action Plan. These sessions are best spaced over a school year, though they don’t need to be completed within a single year. If your school would like additional support with benchmarking or action planning, further services are available.

awareness → vision → mapping → baseline → action planning
