School Leadership Workshops
Schools have a responsibility to equip students for the future — not only academically, but with the capability to navigate change, understand complex systems, and contribute to shaping a more sustainable world. This calls for a whole-school approach that combines learning, leadership, and campus practices to make sustainability part of how school is experienced, not just what is taught.
Is your leadership team aligned on what preparing students for a hopeful and sustainable future looks like in practice at your school? Do you have strong intentions, but need greater clarity and alignment on how to build foundations across learning, culture, and campus?
Series 1: Future-Ready Foundations for School Leaders
Future-Ready Foundations is a three-part leadership workshop series that helps school leaders clarify what Whole School Sustainability means for their context, align key decision-makers around a shared direction, and identify practical priorities across learning, culture, and campus. By the end of the series, your leadership team will have a clearer vision, agreed focus areas, and a set of next steps to build momentum without overwhelm.
The program can be delivered as a stand-alone leadership series to build understanding and alignment among key decision-makers, or as the first step in a supported process of whole-school sustainability assessment and action-planning.

We’ve established our foundations.
The approach underpinning these workshops have been developed through my work as Program Director for the START program at the Green Schools Alliance, supporting schools to take a whole-school approach to sustainability. The following is feedback from school leaders following a Whole-School presentation and session I delivered through my work with the Alliance:
School Testimonial
“An inspiring and invaluable way to kick off our school year, reinforcing why sustainability must be at the heart of everything we do. We would highly recommend this presentation to any school looking to deepen its commitment to sustainability; not only because it provides a clear, actionable roadmap, but also because it empowers every member of the school community to play a meaningful role in creating a greener future... By embedding sustainability into every aspect of school life, we can model the kind of responsible, forward-thinking leadership the world needs.
A huge thank you to Kelly for her unwavering support, expertise, and willingness to answer all our questions. Her guidance has been instrumental in helping us move forward with purpose and confidence. We left the session feeling motivated, informed, and ready to act… with both the vision and the tools to make sustainability a living, breathing part of our school culture, and for that, we are incredibly grateful.”
